Welcome to Slime. By accessing or using the Slime mobile application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Slime, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to comply with these Terms. If you are using Slime on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Slime is an AI-powered personal assistant application that provides conversational interactions, memory features, reminders, and other productivity tools. The service is provided “as is” and may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time.

3. Account Registration

You may need to create an account to use certain features of Slime. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Slime may offer subscription plans through Apple’s App Store. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the pricing and payment terms presented at the time of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel your subscription through your Apple ID settings.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Slime to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Generate, store, or transmit harmful, abusive, or illegal content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service for other users
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App
• Use the service for automated or bulk operations without permission

6. AI-Generated Content

Slime uses third-party AI models to generate responses. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate material. You acknowledge that:

• AI responses should not be treated as professional advice (medical, legal, financial, etc.)
• You are responsible for evaluating and verifying any information provided by Slime
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI outputs

7. Intellectual Property

The Slime app, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Slime and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you create or input into Slime. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

8. Privacy

Your use of Slime is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using Slime, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Slime at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may also delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimers

Slime is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Slime and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the service.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms in the App or on our website. Your continued use of Slime after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
